Abyssinia Cafe and Restaurant is an Ethiopian traditional restaurant at the suburb of Leeds, United Kingdom. It was launched in 2014. We cater the most unique traditional East African cuisine from one of the major ancient major spice trade roots- Ethiopia. Hence the uniqueness and abundance in flavor.

All our menus are served with a naturally gluten free Ethiopian bread called Injera. It is a spongy Ethiopian flatbread made with teff flour. It's used almost like an edible plate; the edges are torn off to scoop up the food piled in the middle.

A mixed combinations platter of Injera topped with over five variety of strictly vegan curries and vegetables.
